2024 Priorities

1. Digitise on-farm primary data for coffee farmer member inclusion in the Farmer Environmental Sustainability Standard (FESS) aggregation and micro-finance programs.

2. Development of centralised coffee processing, roasting and beverage manufacturing facility in Maumere.

3. Establish partnerships for agro-tourism and knowledge transfers as a new Coffee Center of Excellence for the Flores coffee industry around education, research and innovation.

NZ-Indonesian Relationship

The New Zealand bilateral relationship with Indonesia focuses on energy supply, agricultural returns, opportunities in tertiary education and reducing loss from disasters. The aid programme to Indonesia aims to support increasing prosperity for all in this rapidly developing country, and has a focus on East Indonesia.
